Montana Deer - How to find landowners that charge a trespass fee?

So, I've hunted Washington, Utah, Oregon and Montana over the years.

I've always hunted public land, or private land I had permission to be on.

But now, I'm looking for better deer hunting than I currently have in Montana.  I'm willing to pay a trespass fee for good ground (I don't want a guide).

But I don't even know where to start looking. 

Suggestions?

 Other than that, take a couple thousand bucks with you, find the area you want to hunt and knock on doors.
