I call BS.

Font is wrong etc.  Not legit or pass the Gringo smell test.
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

And the title "The Mineral Shaker" was pasted over the original name.
Friend: "Are you free tonight?"
Me:  (Gazing into the distance as a bald eagle screeches)  "I'm always free"

And if the reference is to Mineral, Washington, then a newspaper founded in 1802 (three years prior to Lewis and Clark's winter on the Oregon coast) is highly unlikely!

Back in 1998, I Caught a Rainbow that was 34.5 inches outa that Lake, on a #5 black/silver Rapala. They retire a Toad or two in that lake every year I suspect.
