what are the speculation on when the results will be out 19 points and counting but the new draw may alter things

Not sure but I have plenty of points as well and the draw change sucks for us!!

I feel for the guys with a lot of points, its a major bummer but I really dislike the point systems most states have put in place, I feel this will be a good change in the long run.

I'm a big fan of the change in AZ, and I've got 17 points in the draw.  I just think it was ridiculous that someone with less than max points could NEVER catch up and draw the best tags, no matter how long they waited.  That's bad for a lot of reasons.  If you're sitting on max points for your hunt, you'll still draw, it just might take a little longer.  Those primo tags are effectively a one-time draw anyway.

I agree.  I like the change.  I have never had a chance before this year at drawing a 13 A or B tag or a 12 A or B late tag.  But at least I have a chance this year.
