I want to knife one.
There is a guy in Hawaii that runs these types of hunts and you use a knife, It's on my list if we ever go back. Just sounds too fun to pass up.Found out about it after we were ready to head back home Quote from: D-Rock425 on March 02, 2016, 08:02:26 PMI want to knife one.

The way these hunts work is the dogs find the hog, then you dump "catch dogs" to grab and hold the hog. You walk in and figure out if you want to kill it if keep it, they sell them to the meat markets. In the meantime you tie them up.

Seems like you have a better chance of getting bit doing that than just killing it. Just trying to get an idea on how the hunt works.
Daily rates go as high as $500 in TX. I looked into a hunt and decided not to go because of the cost and it's just sitting on a feeder.
