If the wind/scent are spooking them too much, you can leave items around that have your scent to get them used to it.  Like leave shirts around the area, various trees/your stand/next to the bait pile.  Eventually they get used to it.

I hunted over bait #2 last night until midnight.  Had a grey fox, 2 coons and a possum hit the bait but no hogs.  Meanwhile at bait #1 had 6 hogs on the bait!!  :) :)  Going to do an all nighter Friday night.  Looks like I will be sitting in the rain as well.

Keep at it Fred. The laws of convergence will work in your favor eventually.

Stuck pig #1 at 2110, cleanly missed pig #2 at 2145. Have to come back in the morning to locate pig #1. Too thick and not able to find my arrow or a blood trail yet. Fingers crossed, sounded like a solid hit! Man O man even with the green light and a lighted sight it is REALLY tough to shoot those dark bodies at night with the bow.  Going to switch to the scoped muzzleloader from here on out.
