Wow! We camp at the little rv park inbetween the church and the old school every spring! Our friends have a cabin up Cougar Ck road, guess we'll have to keep an eye out for these 'mega-coyotes' now...

There's been wolves in that country since 2008 or prior even.  I know a gentleman who was sitting in a tree stand over there hunting whitetails in the late season in 2008 and had a jet black one walk by has stand.

Chesaw/Molson area is one of my favs. In W.A. I've seen tracks that make me think there is a herd of St Bernard's  running around up there and no established pack.

Could be that those rascals have been there a long time. I know all the ranchers darn near from Curlew to Wauconda and these wolves have been in that area for a long time. They hear them all the time howling up there and finally, someone got a picture of one. They might be part of the Profanity Pack that was confirmed, by the WDFW and then let then disappear off the face of the earth after confirming them 2 years ago. We have not heard one iota about them since, strange huh ?
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

USFW or WDFW released 6 wolves on Sherman Pass area in the 80's and rumor has it that they were all killed by hunters and cattlemen.
