Around 300 for the weekend, one hit plans it all, and buys all the food,so I don't know what part is for the hunting vs.food.   And trust me, we eat like kings, and drink like alcoholics.

so roughly 5K for the group, you said 17 peeps or around 10 birds per, his prices were 155 for 5 birds... the perk to me is the room n board... sounds good for a large group.. was their room to hunt separately? small groups? alone?

I think they have 7 different field set ups.  I've only shot out there 1 time, and it was on the bigger of the fields.  You could hunt 3-4 people on that one without banging elbows.  For a weekend of shooting, running a dog, and hanging out with buddies, 300$ sounds more than reasonable.

I agree.  Been to Miller Ranch a couple times.  Well ran, very professional, worth the $$$ imho, especially when you're working with young dogs.  I have a little video from last time for those of you who want to see what one of the hunt areas looks like.  I'm no professional videographer mind you...

Great video, how much of the country looks like that, I have a rescue that needs to get over some birds.  I was previosly told that most of country was sage brush.  Similar to parts of CC, which isn't what I want for this guy.  He has has had the chase squirrels. cats ie stuf that runs out of him.  i need to get him excited on some easy stuff.  Price sounds great.

Nice video. Looks like a fun place to work the dogs.

Another thumbs up for Miller Ranch here.  I have been there 4 times now, 2 with a young dog for training purposes and two times because the season was over and we needed to hunt birds.  Great realistic cover and the ability to take beginners or elderly hunters on some of the fields and have a great hunt.  Well worth the money if you want to get a young dog on birds in good cover.

8 years I've been going, never seen one, I'm sure there is, but we usually go in April and the weather is cooler and wet

Any snake issues?
