Scotland Roe Deer hunt
« on: March 10, 2016, 05:20:30 AM »
I just got done booking a Roe deer hunt in Scotland I was debating on Scotland or England but haven't been to Scotland yet and that is the Last weekend in May of this year too. I'm excited they are small but they are the Europe's whitetail they are in every country and in large numbers my package is 2 Roe deer bucks 350 grams or less and if I see a medal I can shoot it for what it's price is. Unless I have a lot of money coming my way I will probably stick with the package bucks. Well wish me luck and hopefully I will have some pictures for you guys

I originally was thinking England but I hunted England so I figured I would try Scotland this time which I was told that the Roe deer can be just as big in Scotland then England. Now I have heard that hunting in Hungary for Roe deer is awesome. There is so many deer that its like you are hunting in a pen because they are everywhere and they are free range

You will have a blast.  My girlfriend and I hunted them in England three or four years ago.  Beautiful country and a wonderful game animal.  Didn't feel like any other deer hunting that I've done...the gamekeeper held the rifle until we were ready to shoot and they are super careful about safety.  Pretty little farms that we drifted in an out of, glassing openings and waiting for something to develop.  Ran into a nice little buck on the second morning.  Have fun and post some pics for us to enjoy.
