Community Outreach - Need Assistance?
« on: March 10, 2016, 03:38:25 PM »
This thread is for anyone needing help out in the community, fellow Hunt-WA members are usually quick to assist others. Tree down, power outage, car needs a jump, daughter needs snow shoveled? Post it up here!

Make sure to specify where you are located.

I'll start this off. I see hunt wa as an extension of the hunting, fishing, and general outdoor community. I'm in Lake Stevens so if you need a helping hand, power is out and kids need to chill out and watch a movie we can order some pizza and make an evening out of it. Got a spring bear tag and need help getting an animal out..a member can't be that far away. There was a post about neighbors, how we can have  various opinions about all things but when it comes down to it we need to be able help. That is what this is all about.

To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Valid examples indeed. You forgot you need a better calendar and a side of luck!

Everything is good, for now.  I'll be keeping an eye on this thread and willing to help out if I'm able and it's needed.  Great idea!!
Right wing shooter, I aim for the left!!!

Nowhere in your incoherent rambling did you come close to what can be considered a rational thought. Everyone is now dumber having heard it. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.

Just found this thread, great idea.

Funny comments Buckmark.

Two days ago someone at our church went to the hospital. They go to a different service so we don't really know them. Yesterday we make a double helping of dinner and pack up the all kids in the car to take it to them. Turns out they're literally only 8 houses away from us. You have to make two turns (three streets away technically)and we don't usually go that direction. It was kinda embarassing that we didn't just walk it over  :chuckle:

 that's awesome good on you.

I know I don't know anyone in my neighborhood either, just the neighbors on each side of me and that's it. Everyone has acreage though so it's not a small neighborhood or anything but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I had an unknown forum member as a neighbor  :hello:.

We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.
