Potholes success
« on: March 21, 2016, 09:58:15 AM »
Had some luck on the potholes this weekend the 19th and 20th. Tons of boats in regular spots not getting anything and we got skunked on friday as well. Saturday we hit up shallower warmer water and got into 19 walleye! One measured 29 inches on the dot and around 8 pounds another was 24 inches and just over 5 lbs. Females have not yet dropped their eggs.  Brought home a bunch of 16-21 inch males as well. Great trip and we lucked out big time from what we heard elsewhere nobody was getting em.

Nice fish!  I was in the normal spots not catching fish.  We landed one all day,  in shallow water.
I don't always shoot big mule deer, but when I do, it's with a bow tech!

Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.
