I'm thinking we should look in to that. We could reach a lot of people that way! Tons of trapping groups on face book but none focused on rules like we have. I see more states going this direction in the future.
We rarely gain ground and most years we lose a little more. Id love to see more positive trapping info on FB. Plenty of anti's speeding false info
https://www.howlforwildlife.org/take_action  It takes 10 seconds and it’s free. To easy to make an excuse not to make your voice heard!!!!!!

The commission shall attempt to maximize the public recreational game fishing and hunting opportunities of all citizens, including juvenile, disabled, and senior citizens.

Assuming because it is on the trappers forum the OP was looking for Washington State Trappers Association.
There is also Washington State Teachers Association.

Having Facebook is all well and good but we have to have someone to step up and take care of something like that. I'm having a hard enough time getting our website back in operation. You can still see that but it is haywire right now.

Face Book would be nice.  I have brought this up several times and get the same response.
One person would have to set it up and dedicate time everyday to check and respond to people questions and statements.

We have a hard time finding people just to do a little work at the rendezvous, and the spring business meeting is like pulling teeth to get Board Members There!

We ask for volunteers all of the time and the same old guys are still doing the work, I know because I've been involved with this organization for 34 years.

Let me ask you guys that would like to see us on Face Book; would you volunteer, set it up and check it and dedicate time every day for us?  Than get back to Bruce or I or some other Board Members, come to the Board Meeting and update us on whats going on, on Face Book?

Having a WSTA Face Book is a good idea, I'm thinking maybe down the road.

I wouldn't have an issue managing and or moderating a Facebook page , depending on location and time the board meetings might be a bit more difficult. I would be willing to talk about it with whoever and see how feasible it would be though.

I will add that we essentially have a Facebook here with the forums , I'd hate to see members get split between platforms instead of gathered in one place .
