I just messaged him the other day and he is waiting on the permits to be available so I will keep you guys updated as best as I can

He is just waiting for the permits and I will let you know for all the serious guys let me know what is your budget for this hunt and I can use it for negotiations to book your ram hunt Please if you are not serious and tell me 5k I'm not going to be happy you seen what others are charging because it seems there is some very serious sheep hunters on this website

This was taken on the ranch if there is a serious sheep hunter I know some guys wanted this hunt if it's out of your price range and you want to PM an honest offer I will submit it to the ranch owner and he will say yes or no.

45,000 for a hunt is probably why your not getting any calls, no offense but at that price your trying to talk to about 1% of the hunters on here.  Someday I hope to draw a hunt, that will be the only way most of us will hunt sheep.
