What's prime turkey weather?

Going out for the youth hunt this weekend. Looks like good weather on the eastside. Just wondering what is considered good turkey hunting weather? If it's warm out do they shut off in the middle of the day?

felt like 70 degrees out there today and heard them gobbling, it's kicking off good.
