cold/overcast weather everyday until the season, then sunny/warm as soon as the season starts.

I saw most my spring bears afternoon warm sunny days.

yup, sleep in enjoy breakfast, and go hunt them in the afternoon!  Wish I had a tag, good luck.

See a lot in afternoons, but have definitely ran into my fair share in the mornings too!

Yeah they are out in the morning but in the spring it's usually on sunny slopes once the dew has evaporated.  Don't necessarily need to be up at the break of dawn but start glassing by 6:30 or 7am.  Definitely move a lot in the afternoon too.
