I don't know about the 20 lbs...it was 15 cleaned.  My first bird.  8 1/2 beard 3/4 inch spurs.  The genetics in the area we hunt have not had impressive spurs.  Oh well.  Thanks,

AS for the 20 pounder I think it was meant to be a joke talking about how everyone says that their turkey is 20 pounds........and there was a thread on here about it
