Doesn't look to exciting. Sad to see the Okanogan lose 20 MF mule deer permits...

They should never have been increased a few years ago to begin with, I'd like to see them reduced even more. :twocents:

Not to go off topic but can someone steer me toward where this is on the WDFW website? I'm curious about the OIL tags.

No watershed Buck tags? Dang.

Did anyone ever take a quality buck out of that unit? From what I heard it was a very hard hunt.

Why cut out all the youth and 65+ age archery permits.  Really dumb in my opinion......

I found some big mule deer sheds in there last year and saw some big deer on the Oregon side. I think there should be some big ones in there.

All of the Blues units have "some" big deer but there are very few relative to other areas of the state.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
