First off I'm not a pro. It's a great idea to film your sessions, so you can go back and correct your mistakes. However, I can't make out what you are doing very well, because the camera is too far away. One of the handy cams, or a second person filming would help.Beg, borrow, buy, or steal a launcher! A launcher gives you much better control of the bird at this stage. Bring your pup in on a check cord from downwind. As soon as the pup hits the scent launch the bird and let the pup chase it. You have to have pretty strong flyers. The pup will learn that if it pressures the birds they fly, and if pup chases the birds pup can't catch them. No more than a few exposures per session. In just a few sessions, depending on the dog, it should begin to point. That's really over simplified, and it's only one of many methods. BTW from what I could see your session went pretty well.
Addicted2hunting is a great dog trainer and dick hunter.
What breed is your pup?
