Two ways, He could have got in before they changed law or if you are working with an established WCO they can vouch for you so you can get a WCO permit.

Set two traps yesterday on both sides of this grassy bank.



Got one...and my other trap was sprung but didn't close  :dunno:




We'll see what's there tomorrow...
