Wasn't really wanting to discuss the hunt itself, but ya, there is a bin full of bad apples out there that flat out rape and pillage the deer. Only thing that saves enough to reproduce is zone closures due to training. Are you referring to employees?

Same requirements on JBLM, gotta take my passport when I take Dad to Madigan. It's odd that an enhanced DL is OK when the FED's only gave WA a few extra months to comply with the National law. You wont be able to fly with them in few months.

I would not eat the meat of any animal off the base either especially the elk. I know where the main herd spends most of its time (enjoyed watching them at night with thermal cameras) and there are 2 areas (3 on the base) that are NO GO due to depleted uranium munitions that the elk tend to hang out around. I've worked in all 3 more than once (before they knew they existed).
