I'm completely serious in my thought here,  I say OPEN the alkali for OVER the counter deer and elk hunting!!  Give those few natives some competition, I bet that would piss them off.  They opened the dicky unit to elk because the natives were having at them all they wanted, open up the alkali too I say! it would be a mess, if they just opened it for general there would be tons of guys in the wrong units and the training center police guys would have their hands full.
