Public shaming could cost him much more than legal costs.  *censored* on blatently posted land is no good.  If it was unposted and timber I'd cut the guy some slack for possible confusion, but this one appears obvious.

Maybe the signs should be in Spanish so he can read it. It appears everything else is going in that direction.

The one thing we don't know is if he secured a lease with the landowner or some sort of a verbal agreement that the OP didn't know about.

If *censored* charges have been filed that would rule out that he had some sort of agreement.

Maybe he made a phone call to the WDFW front desk and asked them if he could look at a turkey in a tree.  They seem to be able to give permission to break the law, or at least that is what others are using as a defense.

Maybe he is the first to test the new phone in system that JDHasty was talking about using to shoot "Bullwinkle" in the other thread.

It is too bad this one individual keeps showing up in incriminating situations, not good for his business for sure.

Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

I can promise you guys the landowner did not give him permission. I work that out every evening before I go there so the very few with permission know where the others are the next morning.

It's funny. The cover photo on his Facebook page is him and Burnsworth hunting.
:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

I really cannot stand this type of behavior from people, especially hunters, due to the fact it taints the name of other hunters who play by the rules.

The guy probably would have mentioned  that he had permission if he did.
