Public road but private field and he walked out into the field?  What was his excuse?  Pretty hard to assume cultivated fields as public land...  Good way for him to earn a bad rep.

Some lands that are cultivated are leased lands from schools owned properties, which is totally legal to go on. It's not *censored* either, since we own it..

This is not one of those.

388 makes some sense.  I don't know anything about the guy but what I found on a quick search.  Seems odd the owner of an outfitting business would be this careless.....
