stolen rifle amd camping gear Yakima
« on: April 29, 2016, 10:59:40 PM »
On our way out of town this weekend the girlfriend and I stopped at the Red Lobster in Yakima this evening. Between 7:15 and 8:15 some jerk broke the window out of my F250 and stole my backpack and a rifle.  :bash:

Rifle is a Ruger Gunsite Scout with a Leupold (traditional mounted) 2-7 scope. I have the serial number and it's been reported obviously.

They also got my Hill People Gear Ute filled with high end camping gear. Some of it wasn't even used yet (still wringing out my gear).

Please keep an eye out if you're in the area. Thanks.

Rotten @$&

That's why I took a stack on gun cabinet and laid it behind my front seats. In my frontier.
All. The good stuff is locked in it. And it is chained in place.

Hope you recover your gear.

Sorry to hear about this Hawk.  Right in the parking lot at a restaurant.  I would think that it would be a safe place, but I guess there are no safe places anymore.  I hope you get your stuff back and those who did this get their due.

I hate thieves, not much lower than a thief in my book. Sorry you had to join the ever growing crowd of victims.

Seems like it's not just one place or another it's everywhere!!! Even at home here I make sure there is nothing in my truck every night and that's in my driveway??? Growing up my parents never even took the key out of the ignition more less took anything out of the truck times have changed.
  Hope the gear is recovered
