I took these last spring but they always make me smile.. :) I don't think I ever shared. My beginning attempts at photography, these lil purple flowers are back in full bloom by my house. Lokidog identified them for me as camas flowers and that the bulbs are edible! I love wild foraged food so gonna have to grab some before they're dead.

buck - yea that's my favorite pic  :chuckle: quality was bad because he was running around but it's so funny to me the perfect freeze-frame.

Thank you! :) yea I like it because he looks like he's smiling lol. My 14 year old boy this year, love him, looks like a pup.

Avoid the ones with white flowers those are death camas. Sometimes they'll pop up in a patch like that.
