Who has used enlightened equipment?
« on: May 04, 2016, 06:04:18 AM »
Looks nice and light, but how does it perform in the backcountry on cold nights?  Which model, number of fill do you have?  Do you find cold air coming in from the opened part that doesn't have a zipper?  And do they have an integrated pad/quilt? Thanks.  Also, I can't do mummy type bags, feels like your in a straight jacket, no can do.

I think that sirmissalot has one of their quilts.  They have a great reputation, so there shouldn't be any issues with the quality.  I have a quilt from another manufacturer that is wide enough to tuck underneath me when it gets cold, so I don't have any draft issues.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
