Poison Arrow Gear Decoys is For Sale
« on: May 26, 2016, 10:11:08 AM »
Ok, guys.  After much soul searching and advice from my wife, I have decided to put Poison Arrow Gear Decoys up for sale.

I am not a marketer.  I am an inventor.

I have worked with my decoy now for several years. I believe I have a product that is better than any other on the market. It carries through the woods totally out of the way. No catching on bushes and branches. It deploys in a second with no sound and very little movement. And it flat out works.

Is it the silver bullet? No, but it is the most versatile decoy on the market.

Again my heart is not in marketing. I have several more inventions I am working on and I believe someone else can take my decoy and market it far better than I.

You can contact me at james@poisonarrowgear.com to discuss the details. I am flexible on the money end.

Really hate to hear that James. The only good news I can glean from this is that somebody is going to get an exceptional business which offers one of the very best decoy systems on the market!

Unusually, I disagree with RJ on this.  We should congratulate James, for two reasons.  First, he had a great idea, and actually made a business out of it.  My career is in technology development, and I am surrounded by men and women with great ideas, but most never realize their dreams.  James did, and this is wonderful.  Second, he (with subtle assistance from the Boss) made the decision to get out, before he goes nuts.  James recognizes that marketing of the product is not his forte, and it is better to get out now, and move on to other projects.

I wish you the best, James.  I use your product, and really like it.  I hope somebody here will buy the business from you.

I am not going anywhere. I am going to continue promoting my decoys. I am open to suggestion on how best to do that.
