Spring Bear

Is Bear Season open now for everyone or just hunters that have drawn the tag?

I've looked at the regs just don't understand as someone I ran into said it's a draw area only where I was driving but not hunting at the time.

Spring bear is all draw. no general season this time of yr.

Or Aug 15 or Sept 1 depending on the area.

Ok Thank You... I wasn't even hunting. Don't have my license yet. Didn't have my rifle with me even...
