Would this be legal for hunting in wa, as regs state no hunting with a bow equipped with a scope? Or would you be using this for competitive shooting?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

But, you've got me thinking that I may write to WDFW and get an official ruling.

PMan, do you have a link for the lens you're talking about? I think it may be the solution to a big problem I'm having so I'd like to find out more about it.My long range vision is good but my close up vision has degraded significantly to the point that I need to use reading glasses all the time. Without the readers my sight pins are blurry and I'm even seeing 2 pins for each actual pin, the real one on top of the one that turns out to be an illusion. With readers my sight pins are in sharp focus but then, of course, the target becomes a blurry mess. I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this problem!
I think they call it a "clarifier".
The problem is that enforcement got back to me today and says it's currently illegal in WA and considered a variant of a scope.
As far as I'm concerned Its legal. It does no magnification attributes' only vision correction. You can actually get them custom made to your eye's corrective power. Dont ask me where from though I have no idea. Ill hunt in my contacts.

Yeah, figures. I made a mistake. The lens I'm referring to is the "Verifier". The "Clarifier" is to be used with a scope.
