Sure, that's what this is about right. good possum eating. I can say for myself that I've never considered it before. I've never been driving down the road and thought, what a waist of good meat. But after seeing Icemans pic, I still don't have the desire :P

My Uncle use to cook up possum, raccoon, squirrel, rabbit, gator, armadillo, etc.  If I remember right, possum and raccoon tastes like really greasy and musty pork.
