buck fever already
« on: May 24, 2016, 09:36:25 PM »
Just got back from a run this evening where I nearly ran into a frickin beautiful buck. Big full body and some monster antler growth already. Also saw a piebald doe and plenty of black bear sign. Can't wait until this season gets underway! Ill try and snap a photo if I see him on my run tomorrow.

I had a Blackie buck in my yard tonight, he was already a forkie!! Big body too, I never see bucks during the day at my place so I def got into fit trying to scramble my binos out of the truck for a look.

The deer are exactly where you find them, and no where you dont!

I'm down to 10 pounds of buck burger in the freezer and drooling after next year's beast.

I saw this guy on the edge of the woods today - (not the 21st, as the photo indicates )- out browsing at 3:00 in the afternoon.  That won't last much longer.  Nice buck - just starting to show forks.

I'm changing the designation of my camera from point-and-shoot to crap shoot.  I never know what I'll get when I use it.
