I think mine could use a tad more contrast.  I might also tone out some green in the background.  To each his own, it's all subjective.

 :chuckle:  What I meant was if you look around there hair I didn't spend any time to do the selection of the subject and background.  It's not a very precise transition between the blurred background and the hair.
