Quickie Stroganoff

1lb venison burger, crumble browned and spiced to your pleasure
1 tub sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Mix all together and heat, serve over noodles.    MMMMM one of our hunt camp favs.

  Can you please post your stuffed pepper recipe?  :)
We actually don't have a recipe.  Usually a mixture of ground meat (beef or pork), egg, breadcrumbs, onion, and whatever else sounds good.  I always have to google the temperature and time for typical stuffed peppers.

I've been reading your posts, which look delicious and inspirational.  :tup: I hope to try some of your ideas soon. 
Also, that reminds me of a sign that a friend of mine had "If we are what we eat, I'm fast cheap and easy."  :chuckle:
