I cook for two. After I shop on the weekends, I'll sous vide two large chicken breasts to use later in the week. Usually one on salad, maybe one on pasta, or toasted chicken sandwiches.At Costco, they sell a two tub Indian vindaloo and coconut curry. I usually buy one of those and a package of the mini naan bread.
