Quickie Stroganoff

1lb venison burger, crumble browned and spiced to your pleasure
1 tub sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Mix all together and heat, serve over noodles.    MMMMM one of our hunt camp favs.

  Can you please post your stuffed pepper recipe? 

We actually don't have a recipe.  Usually a mixture of ground meat (beef or pork), egg, breadcrumbs, onion, and whatever else sounds good.  I always have to google the temperature and time for typical stuffed peppers.

I've been reading your posts, which look delicious and inspirational.  I hope to try some of your ideas soon. 
Also, that reminds me of a sign that a friend of mine had "If we are what we eat, I'm fast cheap and easy."
