special permits are out
« on: June 10, 2016, 02:50:42 PM »
I don't get it. I have maximum points for everything. And I still cant get drawn for anything.. Yet my neighbors get drawn every year with 1 point. They all get there moose, sheep, and goat, and got all those filled. Then they get drawn for deer and elk. I think there is something wrong with the system!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRR

:yike: Permit results are out.  I better check to see if I drew anything.  :chuckle:

Sorry you didn't draw, there is quite a group of us.  :brew:

It's because lots of other people have just as many points as you do.

I know we didn't put in for all the options on some hunts and did points only on others.

Between the four of us we did see "not selected" 136 times.  :bash:

No quality tags, but I did pull an upper Smith Creek cow tag. Nice fall back if I can't stick a bull during general.

I was lucky and drew the archery desert a tag, now I just need some help on where to start, going over in july to look. Thanks for any advice

btw it took 18 points to get this, so I'd really like to have a great hunt.

You must be on the "bad list".

Don't call WDFW to complain; you'll just get put on the "worse list".

Burn some boot leather and you will find some deer. That is the best advice I can give you. :sry:

Didn't draw anything but this will be my first year for archery funding elk.  Don't have a partner but got lots of time on my hands.  Time to get in shape and get the bow tuned up.

Like any other part of the fish n feathers make believe dream world of drawings and special ya don't forget special permit scandles.  I've once again fallen hook line and wallet into the state of the losers bracket , which once again puts me hunting for that thing that resembles a St. Bernard after butchering which in turn makes me a cow hunter once again,  but congrats to all who beat the odds of thousands of losers like me .GOO GETM.! !
