My question is; is it worth the money, how do you prevent it from getting stolen, and what would you recommend that won't break the bank.
Buy a can lock box for each one and screw it to the tree. If you don't better put it 10' high or bears will terrorize it.

Id stay away from eating food and then touching your trail cam. The one guy I know who has had issue was eating jerky right before he put his out. The bear was all over the camera ...
