Ocean Shores is getting way to many Deer... Would you go for a special draw hunt for Copalis Deer?

If the population needs to be managed down to an appropriate number, I say use hunters.  Wouldn't that be a difficult hunt to conduct though?  Seems like lots live in private yards and people putting in for permits would need to get access.
