If it's not safe to eat do you get another tag?

Not sure. My cow was past the date so it was safe to eat.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

If you take that cat to get sealed, you're going to lose it and get a fat ticket.

ANY spots, on the underside and insides of the legs would count to make a subadult cat illegal.

Yeah you may need glasses,  that thing is covered in spots. Don't hunt any true spike only units until the eyes are checked :)

It's only a memory at this point.  Someone took a page out of Hillary's play book and deleted it.  Not even the Federal Bureau of cover ups could resurrect it.
