wet powder left to dry will dry and still fire normal.it all depends on the cal. of ammo.how well the crimp is and primer pocket fit.its really not worth finding out which ones are bad and which ones are good.tear them down save the bullets and the cases and primers.powders not that expensive.............yet.

shooting ammo that is wet or burns slower than it is supposed to is dangerous.if a round gets jammed in the barrel it could blow up in your face.I am at a loss as to why you asked the question if your just going to shoot it anyway after being fore warned of the dangers.

Military special ops submerge their ammo and it kills the enemy just fine.

alright there is two brands of ammo and two conditions of the ammo. the brand doesnt seem to matter but the condition does. Half the ammo is like new condition being shinny brass, the other half has turned black on the rear half of the cartridge. The good looking ammo is going bang about 60% of the time but is doing things like not having enough power to cycle the next round. The half black ammo is going bang 100% of the time and funtioning properly as well as being accurate.
