So, besides a low to no carb diet, what exercise do you do? Grats on the 30lbs by the way
Great job, Pianoman! I lost 40lbs this year by eating a very protein rich diet (egg whites, protein powder, eggs, chicken, sirloin steak, etc)... All good food and less carbs.I, too, struggled with hip pain. I learned to start doing hip flexor exercises each day with my workouts and within 3 weeks, that hip pain subsided. It's amazing. Just do some of those exercises.

I need to lose some weight too, The eggs sound good but what about cholesterol?
