My buddy was able to get this guy in his crosshairs this last fall. Big forks are cool.

I was forwarded this from a friend..... From my understanding this picture was taken on private property near day break park in Clark County. Definitely one hell of a fork.  This photo in was taken last November during rut.

I have had this buck on camera since he was probably 2. this year he went back to a 2 point all around with eye's. but much more mass and height and width. havnt got around to hunt him yet but he might make the target buck this year.

I'll bite.  What does "with eyes" mean?
Nice buck.  With my poor eyesight, he looks like a 3 X 2 or maybe 4 X 2.  Nice and tall though.

Nice going (with a long bow)! How close were you able to get and do you use tree stands?

Oregon December 4th

10 yards from a tree stand

Horne Brushbow 42@28

That's a proud moment! When you set up 10 yards off a trail (I'm assuming), do like your tree stand up 20 feet or do you go lower?

I used a 16' last stand. I'm was hunting over apples, so I could get them in close. I'm actually going to set up about 12 to 15 yards this year to cut down on the steep angle.

Yeah b/c if your shooting down at too steep an angle with a stick bow your bottom limb tends to hit the stand after you release. Learned that one the hard way!
