Now That's Cold!!!!!
Check this out...the caribou was found frozen in place by DEC personnel

Those pictures were taken by a friend of a guy that works for me. He works up on the slope.

Cold and frozen...just not standing when found. And yes it is insanely cold on the slope this time of year.

Yea but just think what those dall sheep have to go thru feeding on those cold wind blown ridges foraging for food. No wonder that hair of theirs is hallow for insulation.

Either that or someone was driving up the haul road and tagged one with the truck, they are all over the road during the winter time... Someone else found it a couple days later, wella.... Instant pic
