I like that a lot.
that dude does some killer stuff.  He can print just about anything too.  Here's a question though.   Skull attached to the wood or off?  Think I'll have one made regardless but I'm thinking it may look weird attache'd to it :dunno:

Yeah I was looking at those.  It would def put it out and away from the wood enough that it wouldn't hide it too much.

What about having a flag pole made to fit from floor to ceiling in whichever room you are going to put the mount in and have the euro mounted at the bottom leaning up against the pole and maybe a pilot's helmet next to it with a flag at half mast in memory of your brother?

it will live at a buddies house so I'm betting he won't go for that.  Plus an apache helmet costs like $80,000 :chuckle:

I'm sure there's replicas that are more affordable and if it's already don't he can't say no :chuckle:

As for mounting it you have enough room , a stainless steel pole vertical a horizontal brace towards the top , stand off the wall enough
So the antlers would be mounted on the top of the vertical as it would be on a live elk.  Then on the horizontal you could hand things on it. Or you can leave them at my place. !!!!!!   I really like
The last idea

Nothing yet really.  Head is getting final touches from Michael at Exposed Skull works. Had it in a buddies Beatles and for some reason they didn't completely finish it so Mike is working his magic.

Decided to go with a design from Montana Pallet Art and design.  Will be in the shape of WA state with an image we are piecing together.  Aaron was with me in spirit so we took an image of him with a pack full of elk and tied it into an image of me packing out the bull.  Will like like we were on the packout together.  Of course the backdrop is red white and blue.  Should be a pretty amazing piece.  Of course I'm cape hunting this year so it will be a short lived euro.
