So they don't eat any of it  is it bad ?

We cut the blackstrap out and cooked it but what it is these animals are not native of Australia and it's ruining the land so they are pests but the outfitter is finding a cold storage so he can keep the meat but you don't realize how big these animals are and you would spend more time packing out buffalo then hunting which you will be successful trust me there is a ton of buffalo and we didn't scratch the surface of the land available to hunt and still seeing 100-200 buffalo a day.

Last night the last 2 hours of my hunting trip I shot a nice Banteng which Australia is the only place you can hunt them and they are really cool it's like a scrub bull with bosses and they don't give you much time to shoot so you have to be fast with that 375 H&H I had to put 4 into him these animals are tough so if you plan to bowhunt which would be so much fun make sure you are set up with heavy arrows and a good broadhead a 2 blade is preferable. Water buffalo are bigger than Cape Buffalo keep that in mind they are huge

This is a Banteng that I shot on coburg peninsula he scores around 70-72 inches which is good but they get in the 80s I shot the first one that was nice I didn't waste any time

This is a great hunt there is a lot of animals I didn't get pictures of which were the donkeys I shot I wanted a donkey skin real bad but unfortunately it would have taken too much time and it was black colored the perfect color I wanted and I shot 4 grey donkeys and a brumby

Looks like an amazing hunt!  Congrats!  I hear there are areas you can hunt camels too.  That would be an interesting hunt too!

Yes Australia has the largest number of Camels in the world and they are around the middle of the country and we have 6 species of deer such as Sambar, Rusa, fallow, Axis, Stagg, and Hog deer

I have hear there are GREAT deals for cull hunts on donkey and Camel in Oz.  That is one I want to do someday.

Get ahold of me and I can line that up for you but Atleast shoot a Water buffalo it would look great next to a Cape buffalo bull that would be awesome

Yea I feel you I am in England for hunt and in September I will be in South Africa on a hunt also

Here is my outfitters bull he shot 2-3 weeks before I showed up which scored 101 inches SCI, there is a camel, camp we stayed in but I was told that my clients will be in a Hotel, a really nice Scrub Bull I want to do it again with a Bow next time
