Are you sold on shooting the interlock?  I have shot a 300 WSM for years and started with the 180 Interlocks only to have them blow up and not penetrate on elk.  Basically going too fast upon impact and can't hold together.  Switched to 180gr Nosler AB and they haven't given me a reason to switch....  Shoot everything from deer, bear, and elk with it now and have had no fails.

So interlocks don't work well what about sst. Or are nosler abs just so far superior

I've had really good success with Nosler partitions and 4350

Shoots great, within an inch @100,  but haven't used them in the field yet

Try 168 grain Barnes TTSX over 66 grains of H4350 seated to Barnes specs.  Shoots lights out. Work up of course.

I had a laser beam killer load for barnes tsx 180gr and imr 4350, loaded at recommended COAL, it's killed a smattering of animals for me but for some reason I got tired of easy shooting and decided to switch to accubonds (180gr). It took me waaaay more work to find a load that is dialed for AB's but Ya I do have a load that is sub 1/2 moa. This will be my first year of hunting with the ab's. I switched to noslers because all the TSX kills I had the bullet had a small to no blood trail... Of course it left the animals dead within 50 yards but still, so I decided to try accubonds.

I also have like 200 nosler etips 180gr 30 cal Seconds from Nosler I could let go cheap if you want to try.

Great load!! I get real consistent  velocity with h4350 and federal LR primer. Near single digit es and great accuracy.

Can you get a good grouping out at distances like 400?

Accubonds have always done great for me. I see 1/2 to 1 moa out of pretty much any of my cartridges I run.

I will run my 300 wsm with the 180's out to 750y. To still maintain my preffered KE for big game and also stay at 1800fps which is the minimum recommended impact velocity on the accubonds.

You might want to try 165 gr bonded bullets since you can get a bit more velocity and flatter shooting than 180's.  I hunt everything from deer to moose with them, they mushroom nicely at nearly all velocities, and hold together well when hitting heavy bone. Hornady InterBond, Nosler AccuBond and Swift Scirroco's are all good choices, just depends on what your rifle likes.  I can send you some loads for those if PM me with your email address.
