No surprises here. The State of WA kneels down before the wolf huggers and forsakes the people who've paid for our abundant wildlife - the hunters. It makes deals with these people who don't make deals, and then seems oddly confused when those groups sue the state from being able to enact needed controls. It extends from the WDFW, Wildlife commission, state legislature, to the Governor's seat.
