Anyone else see the trail cam theives caught?

Wowzers.  Unbelievable that people will stoop to such levels.
Glad they were caught though.  I am wondering if this will show up on the news.

To tell you the truth I am shocked it hasn't been on CNN yet.  There was a gun used in the crime

I'm thinking is a pretty good chance that there is some prior offense out there that one/both have a deferred sentence hanging over their head or are on probation for....  If so, too bad, so sad, shoulda' thought about that before screwing w/someone else's property.

With him using a gun to commit a crime, will that cause him to lose his gun rights?

I seriously doubt anyone will be charged, just my opinion.

Both these guys have long records and both look like they have judgments pending. They need to spend time in jail.

Right on!  This should erase any deals that their attorney's have in the works for them and send everyone back to the drawing board.  They have just shown that any leniency on the part of the court is unwarranted.  Now here is a big one, suggest to the prosecutors office that no hunting be part of any deal.  Then when, not if, they violate, and get caught, hey we are not looking at rocket scientists or brain surgeons here, it starts to build up a record on that front. 

Believe me there are lots of guys who will turn them in for points who live right there and will know every move they make and if it is serial violators the points will be big enough to draw interest.

Also found out one of them already has a warrant out for his arrest and one is running a bear bait in his back yard.  I'm sure if he is he has cleaned it up by now with all the Facebook talk.  The guy that caught them said fish and game and the cops are on it, they are well known poachers as well as thieves.

Cody wood has been poaching since high school he is a huge thief and the court system knows him vey well already I hope they do something about this he was caught shooting over 8 deer in one year in elbe hills what a pos they need to throw the book at him already!

Do you mean he is baiting? Which is completely legal? Please be more specific. The attempt on Facebook to put the guy down failed. Let's see if we can flush it here as well.

Take a look at Nathan Allisons face book - he just posted a bunch of videos showing a big bear bait set up- looking like all is in the wrong.
