It uses Malice clips to attach to the belt, which means you can also take it off and wear it on your regular pants belt. If you aren't familiar with Malice clips (I wasn't), the strap locks in and the tab has to be depressed in order for the strap to come undone. It takes enough pressure to press the tab that you don't have to worry about it coming off when you don't want it to. Since I'm lazy, and already in bed, here is a picture of the back side of one of his holsters I just took off his Instagram.
