Goat Rocks Hawkeye Point Hike
« on: August 03, 2016, 08:11:30 PM »
My Daughter and I did a day hike to Heart lake two weeks ago and wanted to do some more hiking in the area so we came back this past weekend and camped at Heart Lake on a Friday night and went to Hawkeye Point on Saturday and hiked out on Sunday. Here are some pictures from this past weekend. This is one of my favorite places on earth.  We tried to time this hike so we could get to see and smell the flowers in the Goat Rocks Basin Area.

The bugs at the lake and at our camp were bad. There were not many bugs on the mountain peaks because of the wind.
