I'm assuming that the lump on this moose's back left leg is from a tick or some other sort of bug infection. What else could it be?

Looks like there could be a couple smaller ones above it to. Weird

It seems to be almost perfectly circular too. Not sure what it could be.

Maybe something in his scent gland and caused infection
